Our standard delivery is 1st class with Evri tracked.

Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that our products do not meet your exacting standards due to any faults then you can return the product free of charge for a replacement or refund at your discretion.

Right to change your mind:

If a product simply does not suit and you change your mind then we ask that you pay the return transit fee. The only exception to this is earrings which cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
