• Free UK Delivery: Enjoy complimentary delivery within the UK.

Once your order is placed, we will provide details of the shipping method and any applicable costs.

International Delivery

Shipping fees for international orders will vary based on the size and weight of your items. All payments must be fully processed before dispatch. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any customs charges or duties incurred during international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

We are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To return your product, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a notification. We aim to process refunds within seven working days; however, it may take up to ten working days for the refund to appear in your bank account, credited to your original payment method.
